			<description>Hi - this looks like a good feature, we'll use it for sure. 

A possible enhancement to consider might be to have something like this:

- email received from an unknown address and a task is created that encourages someone to review the email and click a button to create a contact (and organisation if there isn't one already)

That way it can be part of a workflow without leaving a big footprint to remove.
