Should you forward or sync your emails?

AffinityLive allows you to automatically capture emails in two ways: you can sync your emails, which is the slower and easier option. Syncing means that AffinityLive periodically imports messages from your email application, and you can sit back while emails are stored and indexed in your dashboard. 

The other, faster option would be to set up forwarding. You may need permission from your IT department to do so, but forwarding emails from your inbox will make it so that your AffinityLive dashboard always reflects real-time messages. Watch this 60-second feature spotlight to learn how.
