Each Professional user gets an allocation of 500MB of online data storage within AffinityLive. This data storage is shared, so for example if you have 20 Professional users, you have 10GB of data storage included across your entire deployment.

If your deployment gets close to your storage allowance, you'll recieve an email alert, allowing you to move/backup or delete files and resources taking up storage space. Storage allocations are calculated daily, and if your deployment goes over its storage allocation, you'll be charged a fee per GB applicable at the time, aggregated and invoiced monthly. The current fee is rate is US$1 per GB per day, or part thereof.
