We're making a few changes to update our infrastructure to enhance its performance and security. The performance updates are to take advantage of Amazon's new Solid State Drive (SSD) storage feature which should enhance the speed of our epic databases, and the security dimension involves applying new controls and processes to add yet another layer of management and redundancy to our security protocols.

The outage window will be over a period of 4 hours, during which we anticipate intermittent inaccessibility to the Accelo infrastructure. The times of the outage (in different time zones) are as follows:

  • New Zealand - 5pm until 9pm
  • Sydney - 3pm until 7pm
  • Singapore - 1pm until 5pm
  • Cape Town - 7am until 11am
  • Moscow - 9am until 1pm
  • Dubai - 9am until 1pm
  • Berlin - 7am until 11am
  • London - 6am until 10am
  • New York - 1am until 5am
  • Chicago - Midnight until 4am
  • San Francisco - Friday 4th of July 10pm until Saturday 5th of July 2am
