Software Engineering Interns

Location: Wollongong, NSW, AU

AffinityLive is looking for passionate and driven IT and Computer Science graduates and students to take part in a 5 week program, where you will be given the opportunity to push a new product or plug-in from concept to launch. Those who are successful in implementing their design product and show a keen initiative could potentially be offered a job.

iOS Engineer

Location: Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Working remotely may also be considered.

AffinityLive is looking for passionate and driven iOS developers to join our small team of experienced mobile engineers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience building your own iOS apps

  • Experience interfacing with complex back-end systems

  • Passion for mobile development, specifically iOS

Bonus points:

Android Engineer

Location: Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Working remotely may also be considered.

Inside Sales Account Executive

Location: San Francisco, CA.

We need awesome inside sales closers to join our small but fast-growing team based in San Francisco's SoMa District.

So if you're motivated and wicked smart, we'd love to talk. You'll be helping score, qualify and close our dozen or more daily qualified leads, as well as turning your mind to hunting for the best opportunities on our list of more than 20,000 target clients.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with solution selling, particularly in a B2B context, where you can help educate your opportunities to a close.
  • Competence and confidence with technology so you can run awesome webinars and demos that wow your opportunities and have you on the front foot when they have questions.
  • Bonus points: If you've got experience selling a SaaS product (so you already know the importance of upselling to the yearly deal, locking in the order for the users they need, not what they want to start with and much more).

Client Success Officer

Location: San Francisco, CA. Working remotely may also be considered.

Do you really like to help people? Like when someone asks you for directions, you'll stop and show them the Google Map on your own phone? If you're someone who loves deep down to see other people succeed and get a real kick out of your clients demanding the company give you a raise, and you've got a knack for using technology to do it, we'd love to have you on our client success team.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience of helping clients in a support and/or educational capacity through strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to clearly communicate in words they understand.

  • A background in technology and a strong understanding of the principles that underpin web browsers and email delivery.

Quality and Client Support Officer

Location: Wollongong, Australia.

Were you the kind of kid who loved nothing more than figuring out how something worked? As an adult, have you found yourself with an attention to detail, noticing when things don't quite line up, or frustrated when things don't work intuitively? If so, we'd love to have you join our small and fast growing product development and engineering team. In addition to working alongside our engineers to find bugs, make usability suggestions and generally make sure their work is good enough to be shipped to our clients, you'll be directly interacting with our thousands of users around the world.

You'll know if you're the kind of candidate who can flourish in our team if:

  • You've got a passion for excellence + an eye for detail: "that's good enough" are three words you never utter, and you'll take pride in knowing that you're contributing to shipping one of the world's best software products - every single day.

  • You're organized and think before you act: you'll plan how you'd test something and try and break it in ways others wouldn't think of, and then provide clear and concise information of where our engineers need to fix things up.

  • You really like helping people: you'll have customer service experience (even if it was that part time job you held in University), and will be able to demonstrate strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to clearly communicate about our product in ways your parents would understand.

Online Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA. Working remotely may also be considered.

AffinityLive is looking for an experienced and analytical online marketing professional to join the team. With campaigns including Display, Facebook, LinkedIn and a range of Marketplaces and a budget of 5-figures a month, your role will be to manage, drive and optimize our online marketing channels and on-website performance.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing campaigns using common digital platforms (Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Adroll, etc).
  • Experience in analyzing online marketing performance with tools including Google Analytics.
  • Experience optimizing websites for performance based on data, and an ability to drive change and improvements as a project manager.

Bonus points:

  • If you've had experience in the murky world of SEO and can help keep agencies honest and implement best practices, you get a gold star.
  • If you've driven B2B campaigns, especially for a SaaS product with on-site conversion to trial, you'll get two gold stars.
  • If you've got a creative flair and can help not just run but also craft digital marketing campaigns along with our broader marketing team, we'll have a lot of fun together.
